It is very important that the application is filed together with all the necessary documents.

Necessary documents

1. Statement of expertise and scarcity (made by the client together with Rothwell International)
2. Copy of work permit (if applicable)
3. When there are doubts about the expertise and the scarcity the tax office may require proof from the client about the efforts done to found somebody local, like advertisements, headhunter/recruitment agency etc.

And if Rothwell International will deal with the application also

1. Power of attorney signed by you
2. Copy of your passport
3. Completed questionnaire contractor
